Panhandle Worksite Wellness Council (PWWC) is an organization's greatest resource for worksite wellness.  

  1. We provide personal service and support.  
  2. We understand the specific needs of the Panhandle region. 
  3. Every Panhandle employer, regardless of size, can benefit from the wellness information and benefits. 
  4. We provide a virtual toolkit with resources members can use to advance their worksite wellness program. 
  5. As part of Panhandle Public Health District, the Council provides evidence-based programming, training, and resources.

Fall Challenge: It All Adds Up 






















Living your best life is the sum of small efforts repeated daily. Adding just a few habits to your routine and practicing them daily, can exponentially impact your feelings of wellbeing. At no time of the year is balancing this equation more important than during the holidays. It All Adds Up inspires individuals to practice three vital strategies for maintaining balance and fostering wellbeing during the holidays.


Earn points for completing up to three wellbeing habits daily (sleep, physical activity, and relaxation). The points unlock five challenge gifts along the way. Bonus milestones are reached after completion milestones.


  • Challenge Begins: November 22, 2021
  • Challenge Ends: January 2, 2022
    Registration Begins: November 8, 2021
  • Register your organization or school by October 27th.


Cost: $4 per employee
